Enjoy a drive into the French countryside as you head towards Rheims for an amazing Discover Champagne Tour.
Not only will you have the chance to partake in some champagne tasting in Rheims but this Champagne tour will also take you to visit the Gothic cathedral in Rheims too, with a tour of Rheims also included. The next stop on this tour takes you to visit the Mumm Champagne caves, built in 1827, it is here where 25 million bottles of premium champagne are stored. You will then take part in some champagne tasting and you will also taste the delightful Cordon Rouge Champagne. You will then have the opportunity to take a walk at lunch your leisure.
Next up on your Champagne Tour is a visit to Epernay, where you will explore the Mercier wine cellars. At this premier wine cellar an expert will enlighten you on the methods used to produce their grand Champagnes, from the growing of the grapes to the technique used to bottle their famous beverage. You will then again have the opportunity to take part in some more champagne tasting.
The champagne tour in Rheims then concludes and you will be transferred back through the French countryside to your hotel in Paris, you can expect to be back at your hotel at approximately 18:30 ready for dinner and perhaps another glass of champagne.
