Head away from Bangkok city and discover the rural Thai lifestyle. This fantastic Thai adventure will begin when you are collected from your hotel in the morning and you will head down to the Bangkok coastline by private transfer, this will take approximately an hour. This area of Bangkok is the only district, which is located in the Gulf of Thailand and offers a setting far different from what you'd experience in Bangkok.

Our first port of call is to visit a sea salt farm, where you will get the full sea salt farm experience. You will spend the morning with a local family who run a small sea salt farm out in the Thai countryside. They are a wonderful family who will give you a great insight into the production of sea salt and you will learn all about their way of life. You will learn all about sea salt in this sea salt farm experience, from how it's created into product, how it's extracted from sea water and subject to availability, it could be possible for you experience a sea salt foot spa by walking on the top layer of the salt.

After your sea salt farm experience, we will then make our way to the fisherman village, we will travel to the fishing village by boat as this is the only way to enter the village. On arrival you will enjoy a fresh seafood lunch at our fisherman’s home, which located on the waterside. The only industry in this area is fishing and the locals grow cockles, develop habitats for blue crabs and fish by creating an ecology of the surrounding waters by limiting the area for fishing of each household, they also maintain and protect the mangrove forest that surrounds the waters. The use of chemicals in the area is strictly forbidden and because of this you know that your seafood lunch is as organic as it can get. You will also get the chance to take part in some home cooking, go cockle or crab picking and kayak and swim in the surrounding waters.

Your fishing village experience and sea salt farm experience will conclude by being transferred back to Bangkok city centre but mini bus.
