Shenzhen is a large city the Guangdong province, as area that links the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong to mainland China, it has a very special set up (SEZ) that combines aspects from Hong Kong as well as aspects from mainland China. Before the 70's Shenzhen was a market town with a tiny population of around 30,000, now because of its special status, it has become a business and financial centre and has a population of around eleven million.

Your tour of Shenzhen will commence by airconditioned transfer from your hotel to MTR station and from here you will take the relatively short train journey to Shenzhen, which usually takes approximately one hour. Once you arrive is Shenzhen your tour really starts, the Billboard of Deng Xiao Ping is your first destination if call where you will be able to stop and the exquisite views. Lu Wu Shopping Mall is a shopping destination very popular in Shenzhen and attracts visitors from Hong Kong, China and of course many tourists around the world who visit Shenzhen. There are over 1500 shopping outlets within Lu Wu Shopping Mall and here you can buy almost anything on earth, so if you are a keen shopper, this is probably going to be the highlight of your visit to Shenzhen.

Your tour of Shenzhen will then finish by taking the train back to Hong Kong, where a transfer will collect you to take you back to your Hong Kong hotel.
