Flying into Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), you'll be met by one of our expert guides and driven to Arusha for your first night's stay.
The next morning we will set off to visit Tarangire National Park and hopefully catch a glimpse of the famous tree-climbing lions there. After a full-day we will overnight near Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area.
The next day we will head towards Serengeti National Park, where we will head to your lodge, doing a safari along the way. This is a long driving day (around five hours in total), but we'll break it up to allow time for lunch and bathroom breaks.
The next two days will be spent driving around the huge expanse of the Serengeti, exploring the varied landscapes and wildlife that live in the various ecosystems. Expect to do a safari in the morning after breakfast, follow by lunch and a couple hours of down time, then another safari in the late afternoon.
On day six we will head to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, and head down into the extinct caldera to spend the afternoon exploring the 12x12 mile expanse. After a picnic lunch in the crater we will make our way back to Arusha, where we will have a farewell dinner before saying our goodbyes.
The next morning we will take you to the airport after breakfast so that you can catch your flight back. Safari njema (happy travels)!
