The Grand Canyon in Arizona has been formed over millions of years aided by the waters of the Colorado River, the canyon elevates to 800 meters and is on many people's bucket list.
Our Three Day Grand Canyon Tour gives you the opportunity to explore the Grand Canyon's South Rim, taking in the scenery of the Sedona along the way.
On the first day of your tour of the Grand Canyon you will depart from Tucson at 07:00 and will visit the Grand Canyon National Park from the east gate. You will then be able to enjoy lunch at the Cameron Trading Post. After lunch you will continue towards the Grand Canyon and on arrival, check into the Canyon Plaza. During your tour you will stay at the Canyon Plaza and here you will be shown around the property and following that you will go for a briefing through your Grand Canyon Tour. You will visit Desert View, from here you will be able to see a replica Anasazi Watch Tower. Then you travel along the east rim to the Bright Angel Lodge, followed by a visit to the Tusayan Ruin and Museum. You will stay at the Canyon Plaza and enjoy your evening meal there.
The second day of your Grand Canyon Tour will start off with a buffet breakfast followed by visit to the National geographic Visitor Centre. Whilst at the National Geographic Visitor Centre you will get the opportunity to enjoy an IMAX Theatre viewing of the "Hidden Secrets of the Grand Canyon". After time at the visitor centre, you will head back into the Grand Canyon National Park, where you will get the chance to explore the Grand Canyon at your own pace, the rest of the day is for you, take your time and take in one of the Seven Wonders of the World. There are colour coded buses available, depending on which area of the canyon you wish to explore. You have a meeting point being the Bright Angel Lodge, so when you are done you can meet there, ready to take the coach back to the Canyon Plaza.
Your final day of your three day Grand Canyon Tour you will again begin the day with a buffet breakfast. After breakfast you will head to Sedona, here you will be able to enjoy some leisure time before watching the sun set over the canyon. You will then make your way to Phoenix and stop here for a while for a deserved break before continuing onto the Old Pueblo in Tucson.
