Széchenyi Thermal Bath as it is also know as, is supplied by a couple of thermal springs that offer hot water at high temperatures of 77°C and 74°C, the composition of the sping water includes calcium, magnesium, sulphate, fluoride acid, bicarbonate and metoboric acid. These thermal water's compenents are said to have properties that can help cure such illness as joint, orthopaedic problems as well as help as a traumatological treament.
The Széchenyi Thermal Bath has been open for visitors since 1913 and has was expanded in 1927 and recently went under a restoration programme between 1999 and 2009. Even today a visit to Szechenyi Spa is one of the top things to do in Budapest and you can go there too with this GivYo that offers you skip the queue access to a Szechenyi Spa Day. You can enjoy the use of nearly 50 spas, there are 15 indoor pools that have different temperatures ranging from 20°C to 40°C and the use of the three outdoor pools.
