Day 1
On arrival to Sri Lanka You will be greeted by a Chauffeur Guide at the Airport and then be transferred to Negombo Hotel.Then check- in the hotel and overnight Stay at the Hotel.
Day 2
Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Dambulla and visit the Dambulla rock cave temple. It is consist of the complex of five caves with over 2000 sq. meters painted walls and the Ceiling is the largest area of paintings found in the world. These caves contain over 150 Images of the Buddha of which the largest is the colossal figure of the Buddha carved out of rock spanning 14 meters. End of the temple visit transfer to hotel and check in.
Day 3
After the breakfast you will be visiting the Sigiriya lion rock which is a citadel of unusual beauty rising 200 meters from the scrub jungle.The design of the fortress shows the ability of architecture, urban planning and art of the ancient people of Sri Lanka. You can see moats and ramparts which were built around the fortress and when climb up around 100 meters high, colorful frescoes can be seen on a cavity of the western side of the rock. Next you will see Mirror Wall and the Lion's paws terrace. On top of the rock there are remaining foundation of the palace with few ponds.
On completion of the rock tour you will be transferred to Kandy. En route visit a spice garden to see the different spices, which Sri Lanka is famous for. In Kandy visit the world heritage temple of tooth relic where the tooth relic of the lord Buddha is situated. Next proceed to an auditorium and witness a cultural show featuring traditional Sri Lankan dancing.
Day 4
After breakfast Visit the Kandy town and Bazaar, the arts & crafts center, a gem museum, a lapidary and Batik factory. Thereafter visit a tea factory to see how Sri Lankan tea is produced and tast a cup of tea.
Next visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage where it has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. In Pinnawla You are able to see the milk feeding to baby elephants and the herd is taken to the river for bath.
End of the Elephant orphanage tour you will be transferred to Airport and Departure.
